Visit our signup page to apply to become a Center director. Apply Now What is E-QuipU E-QuipU is an online learning community that is designed to help you grow as a disciple and leader. E-QuipU provides a simple path to help you become better equipped to fulfill God’s calling in your place of ministry. Courses are offered through churches and or associations called E-QuipU centers. Two foundational cycles are offered in Spiritual Formation and Biblical Foundations. Each cycle consists of nine courses with each course made up of eight one hour presentations. Students will be connected with a facilitator or mentor to process the content presented. Our Vision The vision of E-QuipU is to see a movement of leaders who are equipped and discipled to start churches and minister in existing churches by providing training opportunities that can be accessible at anytime from anywhere by a leader at any level. Our Purpose The Canadian National Baptist Convention , in conjunction with the Canadian Southern Baptist Seminary & College seeks to partner with local churches and associations to make disciples and equip leaders who will Share Christ, Strengthen and Start Churches, and live a life on mission with Christ. Who says nothing in life is free? Our goal has been to eliminate all barriers to accessing this training experience. Our partners are providing instructors and bandwidth at no cost to the student. The only costs passed down will be the actual costs of the students' textbooks. I don't feel the call to be a church starter, is E-QuipU still for me? Yes. E-QuipU offers a variety of paths for a leader to consider. Church starting is one, but we also offer Pastoral Ministry and Church Leadership cycles as well. Will the courses be accredited? The courses are accredited by the Canadian National Baptist Convention (CNBC) but they are not accredited by academic accrediting agencies (ie. ATS, ABUE). Each student will receive a certificate of completion at the end of each cycle and will receive a E-QuipU Diploma from the Canadian Southern Baptist Seminary upon completion all required courses for a program.
